Purchase Orders must contain the following information:

• The date the order was raised
• Your Vendor account number
• A unique 7-digit Voix item code for each product
• The order quantity in singles and expressed as outers
• The Product reference code
• The address of the warehouse for the delivery of the goods
• The date on which the order must be delivered
• Agreed settlement terms and carriage
• The cost price and any discounts applicable
• The address to which the invoice should be sent

All vendors MUST ensure their purchase order details are correct and direct any queries to the Voix Supply Manager immediately.
