Please fax all purchase orders to the attention of the Purchase

Purchase Orders must contain the following information:
- The date the order was raised
- Your Vendor account number
- A unique 7-digit Voix item code for each product
- The order
quantity in singles and expressed as outers
- The Product reference
code
- The address of the warehouse for the delivery of the goods
- The
date on which the order must be delivered
- Agreed settlement
terms and carriage
- The cost price and any discounts applicable
- The address to
which the invoice should be sent
All vendors MUST ensure their purchase order details are correct
and direct any queries to the Voix Supply Manager immediately.
VOIX retailers must:
